• WSCUC Annual Reporting Period Opens May 1

    February 27, 2025 - WSCUC

WSCUC will launch its annual reporting period on May 1, requiring all eligible, candidate, and accredited institutions to submit data as part of the Commission’s ongoing institutional performance monitoring process.

The annual report captures key indicators of fiscal health and institutional stability, including enrollment data, student demographics, and audited financial statements for the most recent academic year. The report provides a comprehensive snapshot of each institution, enabling WSCUC to examine institutional trends and emerging patterns across the agency’s membership.

For the 2024 reporting cycle, institutions also submitted three years of freshman and transfer student enrollment data, along with degree completion totals for the most recent fiscal year, further enhancing WSCUC’s ability to monitor institutional performance over time. Annual report data, together with IPEDs and other federal sources, is integrated into WSCUC’s Key Indicators Dashboard (KID) — a dynamic tool that supports institutional review, strengthens accountability, and provides valuable insights into financial sustainability and student outcomes.

All annual reports must be submitted by May 30. To assist institutions in completing their reports, WSCUC offers training sessions and additional resources.
