Helen J D Whippy, PhD, is Emeritus Vice President of the University of Guam and Emeritus Professor of Mathematics of Chaminade University of Honolulu, both WSCUC institutions. She previously served as Provost at Chaminade and Senior Vice President, Academic and Student Affairs at the University of Guam.  Dr. Whippy also served as Interim President of the University of Guam in 2008 and Chaminade University in 2017. She served as ALO for twenty years at the University of Guam and then Chaminade University, and has chaired several WSCUC visits and special visits.
